Pet Bathing & Grooming

• If you cat is not up to date on these vaccines we are happy to vaccinate. An examination is required prior to vaccinating any animal.  Please contact us for specific pricing at 970.949.4044.

Pet Boarding Policies & Requirements

We require proof of vaccinations from your veterinarian. It is recommended that the vaccine records be faxed to our office prior to drop off. Your dog must be up to date on the following vaccinations and they must have been given by a licensed veterinarian: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Leptospirosis is strongly recommended but not required.

A current fecal exam of 6 months or less is required prior to boarding to assure health of all boarders from contagious bacterial or parasitic diseases.

If your dog is not up to date on these vaccines we will be happy to vaccinate, and provide  an exam. A physical exam is REQUIRED prior to giving any vaccine.  Please contact us for specific pricing at 970.949.4044.

• All food brought from home must be in a hard sided container. (i.e.: Tupperware, coffee can ect.)
• Bedding must be 100% washable and must be able to fit into our kennel and washer. (Bedding will be accepted upon the discretion of the staff.)
• A daily medication fee for all pets requiring daily meds will be charged.
• Monday through Friday drop offs are anytime between 8:00 A.M and 5:00 P.M.
• Holiday and Weekend drop off and pick up’s are at 9:00-10:00 am and 4:00-5:00 pm ONLY
• We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for holiday stays or you will be charged one night of boarding.

Frequently Asked Questions

QUESTION:
I am boarding my dog while staying at a hotel here on vacation, may I pick my dog up during the day to take on walks, hikes etc.?

ANSWER:
Absolutely! Monday through Friday you may pick your dog up and drop them off again at anytime during our regular business hours (8 am – 5 pm). On weekends and holidays you may pick your dog up at 9 am and drop them back off at 4 pm.

QUESTION:
How many times a day and how much will you feed my dog?

ANSWER:
We feed every dog twice a day at approx. 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. The amount we feed them is based on their weight (or your preference). If you would like to bring your dogs own food with specific instructions we are more than happy to accommodate. If your dog needs to be fed more or less then twice a day we are happy to accommodate that as well.

QUESTION:
Can I bring my dogs vaccination records when I drop them off for boarding?

ANSWER:
Yes but it is recommended that all vaccination records must be faxed prior to your dog being dropped off. If you do not have access to a fax machine we suggest calling your vet office and having them fax your records to us. Our fax number is 970.949.4045

QUESTION:
My dog doesn’t socialize well with others, can he/she be separated from the other dogs?

ANSWER:
Of course. Your dog can be kept in his/her own run while outside and have one – on – one play time with our staff.

QUESTION:
I am boarding two of my dogs can they be kept in the same kennel?

ANSWER:
Absolutely! They can be put in the same run outside and kept together at night inside only if they are both able to fit safely and comfortably in an available kennel.

Pet Boarding Driving Directions & Exits

Our pet boarding services and kennels are located at our Eagle-Vail, CO clinic location. 

We are located on Highway 6 behind Nick’s Quick Lube and across from the Stone Creek Shopping strip. We’re ¼ mile east of the I-70 overpass/westbound exit at Eagle – Vail on the North side of the highway.

• From Vail: Proceed WEST on I-70 to Eagle – Vail exit (169) (approx. 5 mins.) Turn RIGHT on hwy 6 and look for our sign on the North / (left) side of the highway.


• From Beaver Creek, Avon, Edwards, and Eagle: and other locations down valley. Proceed EAST on Hwy 6 we are approx. 5 mins. from Avon.


• From Minturn and Leadville: proceed NORTH on Hwy 24 until it joins Hwy 6. Go WEST 2.2 miles. We are on the North / right side of the highway.


• I-70 WESTBOUND: traffic can exit at EAGLE - VAIL, then turn right on Hwy 6. ¼ mile we are on the North / Left side of the highway.


• I-70 EASTBOUND: traffic should exit at MINTURN (171) then turn LEFT onto Hwy 6 and continue west for approx. 2 ½ miles. Look for our sign on the North / Right side of the highway.
